This was an impromptu, and hot, whim of Lew's while we were traveling. We kept noticing how strong the coat hooks were at our hotels.....and the imagination became reality. He told me to get in heels and set up my camera. This is a simple predicament tie with a natural progression of discomfort. I was also incredibly turned on seeing Lew enjoying watching me and stroking himself as I moaned and squirmed and grew more and more uncomfortable, until I couldn't bear it and asked to be let out.
