026- Superheroine Portia Bet Gone Wrong Part 1

In Part 1 of this 3 part custom POV series, Portia the Superheroine is dressed in a shiny blue bikini, black elbow length gloves, a black mask and, of course, black strappy 6" heels. She is always on the lookout for troublemakers and too easily finds a villain searching through Lew's basement.
She apprehends him, appalled at how easily he was caught. Noticing his bag of rope, she figures out a way to make things more interesting. Portia proposes a bet that if the villain ties her up and she can get free, then he really is as pathetic as she thought, and he goes to jail. BUT if he can tie her up to where she can't get free, then maybe he stands a chance at being a villain and she will cut him a break. She then takes him to a pole and suggests he ties her there.
